See your dentist: Prolonged use of Ibuprofen will damage you liver. A major toothache that persists for so long will not be solved with pain medication. Even if you make it through the acute pain phase, it usually leads to a sub acute phase that leads to further complications down the road. See your dentist to have the tooth treated.

Possibly...: The pain meds only prolong the inevitable... A trip to your dentist. If the tooth is hurting that much, then the cavity or fracture can be deep. The sooner you call for an appointment the sooner you will feel better.

See a dentist ASAP: You need to see a dentist asap. Taking meds for a toothache can contribute to upset stomach and only mask the source of your problem. If infection is present, you are risking additional medical issues.

Ibuprofen: You are setting yourself up for s bigger problem than a toothache. You could end up eith a bleeding ulcer, hematuria or bloody stool. Get yourself to the dentist before its too late.
