Probably, but...: Your baby will probably be okay, but i cannt make any promises. If there is something wrong when your baby is born though, do keep in mind that it may not be the Ibuprofen that did it, so don't beat yourself up. Switch to tylenol (acetaminophen) and go see a dentist asap. The stress hormones that your body produces when you're in pain can also be bad for your baby, as well as the possible infection.

Category B/D : Ibuprophen does not cause problems in the early stages of pregnancy and carries a cat b designation during the first 2 trimesters. In the third trimester it moves to a possible problem designation cat d, due to metabolic issues including kidney function.Tylenol (acetaminophen) would be a better choice late in pregnancy. All pregnancies have some risk of an unexpected outcome bu t this exposure won't be the cause.

Most likely yes: Nobody will answer you that question because babies may not be ok because of other factors that have nothing to do with ibuprofen. In general Acetaminophen is recommended for toothache without problems depending on the doses. If you have pain you should instead of taking med go to your dentist asap. Maybe you need a root canal. Probabilities that the Ibuprofen do something to the baby are almost 0.

Usually: One should never take Ibuprofen or other nsaids in the third trimester because of bleeding risks. That said, the risk for your baby is extremely low given the small amounts of Ibuprofen you have taken.
