Yes: Provided you have no allergies to amoxicillin and ibuprofen, there is no problem with taking buspar (buspirone). Ultimately though, the tooth will need to be treated to get rid of the toothache.

No drug interactions: A tooth pain won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your head and neck. You can use Tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain control. See a dentist ASAP for assessment and treatment.
