Not advisable: It is not advisable to self medicate for this issue. Is she infected? Then why take antibiotics? All the medicine in the world will not treat that problematic tooth. The pain will just worsen until it is so unbearable you will be taking her to the ER. Call a dentist for treatment and feel better soon.

Whoa: Sounds like "she's" self medicating. 1,000mg of ibuprofen (Advil) is no more effective than 200 mg for pain caused by infected (abscessed) tooth. Cyclobezaprine is for muscle spasm, not for infection/pain. Penicillin has to be taken 4x/day for 5 full days to slow spread of infection. What she needs is a Dentist to treat the infection (root canal or extraction). Get professional help fast.
