What drains into the tmj space right under the ear lobe, causing jawbone paine?

Nothing: Nothing actually 'drains' into your TMJ space...But the TMJ is a very complex structure that involves bones, an 'articulating disc', muscles and ligaments! there is much that can cause jawbone pain, please get evaluated by a qualified fentist.

No draining: Nothing drains there, but TMJ pain causes referred pain to the surrounding structures.
