See below: See ENT to rule out any medical involvement, if negative contact your dentist for a TMJ workup, it may be as simple as wearing a dentist fabricated nightguard. If you need a nightguard, make sure that the dentist makes it not Amazon, because an illfitting nightguard will act as an orthodontic device.
