Right side head pain: One sided head pain behind one's eye could be migraine. But you should see a physician and get a medical diagnosis as it could be a medical condition that requires treatment or further diagnostic evaluation. If it is migraine, stress management therapy, biofeedback and/or medication are treatment possibilities.
