I've been having aching pain in temple, below temple like infront of my ear and side of head over ear. what would be the causes of this?

3 possibilities: Temporal arteritis (an inflammation of the superior temporal artery located in front of the ear); temporo-mandibular disease (arthritis of the jaw joint or masticatory muscle spasm) ; and migraine headaches are three possibilities. As always you need to see your doctor.
