You are: probably pinching a nerve in the upper portion of your neck! The obvious answer is STOP IT!! There is an ERGONOMIC (proper posture etc) way of holding your tablet in a position where the pressure will not be placed on your neck....Speak with your Primary Care Provider for some advice.
