Is it so?: While there are some industry-based studies which suggest that natural Progesterone when combined with percutaneous estrogen is associated with a decreased risk of blood clots, most of the time it is the effect of Progesterone that is needed, and synthetic substitutes have this same effect on the receptors for the natural hormone.

Ask him/her: It's 'wonderful' for specific reasons only, it's not just something for everyone. I don't use it at all because most 'natural' Progesterone is not even progesterone. Ask your doc what he/she thinks?

2 rounds of chlomid 50mg progesterone levels day 21were: 7.5 & round 2 was 12.4 & still no pregnancy . Doc said 1more round same dose. Why isn't it working for me? It worked 1st time with my last baby. Feeling defeated.
My HCG levels were 42, but my progesterone is 51! My doctor isn't concerned about my HCG, but it seems low to me and she's not going to test again until my first OB appointment on 12/01. What do you think?
