Roughly: If your cycles are predictably 32-34 days, then ovulation is likely between cd 18-20. An OPK 'may' help you pin this down better. Your Progesterone is fine: anything over about 2.0 nm/l confirms ovulation. Anyone (doctors included) saying it 'needs to be over 30, or over 10, or whatever' do not completely understand Progesterone in the luteal phase.
