Are opks and blood progesterone tests enough to 100% confirm ovulation on clomid (clomiphene)? i'm concerned my doc isn't monitoring via ultrasound. should she be?

No!: 100% is practically impossible to get. Neither OPK nor serum p4 shows ovulation: both prove an lh surge, and serum p4 proves that granulosa cells were luteinized, hence making progesterone. That still isn't 100% but it's pretty good.
