Im almost 40, all values normal, regular cycles. would i need progesterone (vaginal tablets) after ovulation when trying to conceive naturally with uterine lining of 10 mm (confirmed by doctor) or implantation can happen naturally without it?

At your age, you may get pregnant without any intervention and I hope and pray for it. If you need intervention, it should be under your Ob/Gyn with monitoring and assistance as needed. Good luck. Hope it helps.
