Not leukemia: This does not seem like leukemia. Leukemia typically causes low neutrophils. It appears that your neutrophil count is fairly high. There are other symptoms for leukemia that should be present: bruising, lymph node enlargement, bone pain, fatigue. There are other signs that are noted on the blood count...Low hemoglobin, low platelets.

Follow up: Increase WBC most of the time means infection or infammation. But rarely it can leukemia or just benign variant.You need to get follow up check up, if you do not have the first two.
