Non-alcoholic ones: If you mean drinking non-alcoholic fluids, yes you can and should. If you mean any alcohol, no you should not due to suppressive effects on bone marrow and also in case you have eroded your stomach lining -- which could lead to blood loss that worsens your anemia.
