A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes, it can Kiki7.: Milk contains less iron than solid foods, such as meat, poultry, fish, eggs, dry beans, tofu, spinach, kale, etc. Vitamin c- containing foods: oranges, tomatoes, broccoli, cantaloupe etc. Enhance iron absorption. Cow's milk has large proteins, causing microscopic bleeding in the gut, i.e. Iron loss. It is allergenic. Animals drink milk only when babies. Why should human adults drink milk?
