Not with the Fe tabs: All teas may contain tannins that bind food iron. Space iron supplements 2 hours from tea consumption.

Green tea: Green tea is used in patients with iron excess or hemochromatosis. If you have iron deficiency, i would not use it excessively but perhaps once or twice a week as it is good for the gastrointestinal system and digestion.
