Seroma: Majority of time six months is enough time for seroma to resolve. At this point it can safely be aspirated if resolution is not satisfactory. How it should be done depends on comfort level of surgeon. It can be done with or without ultrasound. With ultrasound is somewhat safer.

Show it to: Your surgeon, but if it is getting smaller, opinion would probably be to leave it alone. Sometimes it takes up to one year for scar to mature.
