Can be observed : Although surgery is required for gall stones , could be observed if there is no symptoms , actigall (ursodiol) is will dissolve cholesterol stones , need to use all the time , had several side effects besides expensive , surgery is best option , is safe ;has low risk ambulatory procedure . You decide.

No: Medicine cannot help to remove the stone. Surgery is only option to remove the stone, and when they are that size you should consider having the operation.
