Get evaluated: Does he have shortness of breath? What med is he taking? Does he have bubbling of urine? Leg swelling can come from med side effect, hear disease like chf, kidney dse like proteinuria, low Albumin from liver dse, etc. He needs to see a dr soon. He needs to be treated promptly. Take care.
