ASAP: One sided swelling of any extremity, without a history of trauma, can be indicative of an underlying problem. (infection, vascular problem, lymphatic blockage, Thrombosis) You should see a Dr. A thorough history and exam can provide insight as to what the underlying cause could be and treatment.
