My husband is 34 and im good health overall. his left foot was swollen the other day and is less swollen now but still bigger than normal 2 days later. ankle is a little swollen too. no pain or redness or any other symptoms. when should he go to dr?

ASAP: One sided swelling of any extremity, without a history of trauma, can be indicative of an underlying problem. (infection, vascular problem, lymphatic blockage, Thrombosis) You should see a Dr. A thorough history and exam can provide insight as to what the underlying cause could be and treatment.
