Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine): Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) does not usually cause brain damage unless used in huge doses with overdose. However Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) can effect sleep, and insomnia can cause chronic fatigue.
