Yes: Prednisone type of drug enhances one's response to stimulants such as Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) when given in high enough dose. Whether it is good for someone with SLE depends on what the problem is . You really need to discuss with your rheumatologist about the pros and cons on various treatment option. It is not whether it is good or bad but what is needed to control your illness.
