Actually an intermittent increase in daily Adderall is very unlikely to cause brain damage. And Invega is unlikely to interfere. But you certainly need a good evaluation by a prescribing doctor to optimize your medicines.

There would be no reason for either of your medications, even at high dose, to cause "brain damage", but you appear to have developed potential tolerance, or drug-drug interactions. Notify your doctor of this situation, as treatment modification may well be indicated.
