Dose too high: This can happen at the onset of therapy if the starting dose is too high.

Probably not related: The stimulant medications like adder all and Concerta do not cause fatigue or weakness within an hour of taking the dose. It is probably due to other reasons. It could be from withdrawal of other medications. It could be a completely unrelated medical issue. You need to discuss this with the physician who prescribed you these meds.
