Yes: Headache, low mood and tiredness are among the myriad of possible side effects from adderall. Sudden death, stroke, and myocardial infarction are also among possible side effects. This drug is prescribed for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Narcolepsy. Due to the possibility of serious side effects I suggest trying natural interventions for these conditions.
