This is frustrating: This can be frustrating. The most important thing to do is expand how you measure success of your workouts. The other measures of success include how you feel, how your clothes fit, a sense of accomplishment, what friends say, etc. Your weight may be increasing because of increased fluid retention by sore muscles. Keep up the good work, don't get frustrated, and you will see results.
