Weight loss: You should start by going on line to see "Body Mass Index" (BMI). It will help you record your height and weight and let you know if your BMI is OK, too high, or too low. Once you have that data you can begin to make adjustments: Normal data: Relax and enjoy your workouts Too low: Increase your food intake Too high: Workout but also decrease your food intake.
