Stick with: It. Usually plateaus only last shirt while. Maybe change the routines up A bit. Fake the body out. This might get you back in track

What is your bmi?: What's your BMI now? If it's near normal then it's ok to plateau. If not sometimes you are TOO calories restrictive. Sometimes it's food content. Try to vary or harden your exercise routine.
