A few comments: Are you taking a medication to control your ms, as you do not list such? Glad you had a flu shot, as a viral infection can promote a relapse. A focal dystonia can clearly be due to localized ms inflammation, and this could be relapse, and should be treated asap. Trust you have a neurologist who specializes in ms, so get this fully addressed. Lastly, consider tysabri (natalizumab) or gilenya, and vit d.
