Yes, but also...: I have no reason to doubt that centrum has what it claims on the label, but there are far better vitamins out there. For example, it has synthetic vit e, which appears to be toxic, it has magnesium in the notoriously poorly absorbed oxide form, has artificial colors, preservatives like sodium benzoate ; toxins like titanium dioxide.
