Never: Many people believe that getting essential nutrition from a pill is advisable. Many large studies have shown that it's not. Get your essential vitamins from food such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, seeds, whole grains, and fish like wild salmon. Get 15 or so minutes of sun each day. All the vitamins, minerals, and other healthy nutrients in whole foods will trounce the pills any and every day.
