Definitely !!: You need to have a tissue diagnosis by taking lymph nodes . If there are lymph nodes in all areas you mentioned accompanied by constitutional symptoms , they may be signs of serious medical condition and need to be evaluated as soon as possible

See a different doc: You have many symptoms which could be seen in association with a serious disease of your lymph nodes, most worrisome is lymphoma. You need to see a doctor who is willing to order a biopsy of one of your lymph nodes. Unexpected weight loss is also concerning.
