Hi im 20yearold male with stiff neck shortness of breath throat pain and a lump under my armpit i have a blood pressure of 145/91 some dizzyness fatigue and constantly getting sick should i see a doctor?

If you have a stiff neck and shortness of breath, go to an ER right away, please. You may have an abscess in your throat ,meningitis and/or pneumonia. Hopefully you will have none of these but a milder infection. Get checked to find out what is going on and appropriate treatment will be given at the ER.
