Obviously there is no medical problem except your anxiety about it. Do your best to forget it and go on with your life. Most important, do not try to find the nodes again; avoid the temptation to repeatedly feel for lumps under your skin, which can itself cause lymph node inflammation and enlargement -- increasing your anxiety unnecessarily and perhaps even confusing an eventual diagnosis.

You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
