Hello doctor, i am having trouble finding a gp to see me and urgent care hasn't been much help. i am experiencing pain under my right armpit, in the groin above my penis, in my perinuem on both sides of my urethra. i am fatigued often and lately nauseate

See remark: You are relatively young man,the pain in the armpit has no relations to the pain in the groin,perineum and urethra.....Did urgent care find anything in the blood or urine test ? If negative & you are fatigued & nauseated please see a doctor in your community or a medical ctr..........Good luck

Thanks doctors. I did see a Urologist. It wad my 3rd seperate one. Visit was for shock like pain in penis, testicles, and pelvis at times. Nothint was found. Sti negative. Cytoscopy negative. Ultrasound clear. What should my next step be?
