Hypothyroid: The high TSH looks like hypothyroidism. You need to get your thyroid levels normal. You may have been hypo for a long time, and have become used to it. There may be some temporary symptoms while your blood levels change. You may eventually need more than 75 mcg/day to get thyroid normal.
