47 yo f, throidectomy 2006 recent t4 0.9 and tsh 8.26 past 3 yrs synthroid (thyroxine) 100, then 125, now 150 mcg. no known sxs is this 2b expected overtime?

No: Make sure you are not taking the med with calcium, iron or a multivitamin. After a total thyroidectomy you should be on a full replacement dose and does not need titration, especially when the surgery was 6 years ago. Don't change brand. Eventually your dose should not change anymore.
