Try this: (1) diet is not sprint but a marathon. A discipline is a key. One needs to be comfortable and need to stay with it is a life long process(2) a balance diet with lot of fruits and vegetables with fiber.(3) sleep from 10pm to 6am (4) daily bm. (5) if interested in body type diet then look into ayurvedic diet and follow. (6) regular exercise (7) stress management. (8) medical evaluation as needed.

Exercise more and ea: Weight loss is simply burning more calories than you eat! being involved in an aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily and decreasing animal products (as contains fat which has almost twice as many calories and plant cho's) is a great way to start.
