Difficult but not im: It is not impossible but it takes a determined mind and changes in behavior of eating and adoption of a healthy life style for the long term. Overweight results from an imbalance of execess calories taken in (eating) and inadequate amount of energy spent because of sedentary habits. So you have to make 2 changes in order to achieve this goal and these are: Eat less and Exercise more, daily.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form. Practice safe sex.
