I have a bump next to the ball of the foot on my right foot. Can't see it but you can feel it when you're walking. Is there some way to get rid of it?

Yes. See your local: Orthopedist or a podiatrist (foot doc) who'll exam and diagnose it for you. Surgery can get rid of it or if its like an infection, then antibiotics might be useful. Another possibility would be a thorn prick injury. Seeing them would greatly help. Good luck.
