Yes. See your local: Orthopedist or a podiatrist (foot doc) who'll exam and diagnose it for you. Surgery can get rid of it or if its like an infection, then antibiotics might be useful. Another possibility would be a thorn prick injury. Seeing them would greatly help. Good luck.
