Specializes in Orthopedic Surgery

Depnds: A corn is usually a pressure phenomena. So sometimes in simple cases, simply modifying your shoe wear can help, or even the use of an orthotic. In severe cases, a corn can indicate a structural problem in the foot that may even need surgery. Consider being seen. Thank you for your question.

Corn : This term usually refers to a toe deformity. This sounds more like a callous . See your podiatrist for an evaluation and he / she will guide you on what needs to be done to help . Good luck.
