i have one small white bump on the bottom of my foot- it is very painful to walk on. i have xc meet tomorrow- anyway to get the pain away before then?

Pain avoidance: Hi Emily, it is hard to say exactly what you are talking about. Sometimes a blister has a whitish color. You can try padding around the painful area to help take off the pressure for your big race, but should consider having it looked as well. Good luck!
