Unclear.: I wonder if you could have damaged your lower abdomen/pelvis or bladder. Did the stearing wheel contact you there? That could possibly give you these symptoms.

Need more info: Do not know if there was any causal relationship between the accident and your symptoms. Need results of urinalysis and a full detailed history and physical exam in order to diagnose you. See your pcp and get this taken care of. Good luck.

Did you have a : Seat belt injury? This would show with significant bruising over the area the seat belt hits your body - upper chest and lower abdominal area. They can be significant (i know from personal experience).
