UTI: BPH can produce symptoms suggestive of uti, one can get prostatitis and also UTI secondary to obstructive uropathy from bph. See a urologist.

Probably...: It's very rare and unlikely for a man at 32 to suffer from bph-related voiding symptoms. Instead, your first possibility would be std-related prostatitis or urethritis, and the second one is poor relaxation and opening of the immediate opening of bladder (bladder neck). Unrelated: The two are not usually related. A "UTI" with BPH-like symptoms in a 33 y/o male is usually prostatitis though.
