Yes: Listen to your body. Dont fight if you have a headache. Seek medical attention if your headache worsens or fails to improve.

Sure.: Getting hit in the head causes trauma to the structures both inside and outside the skull. Concussions can and do occur with high velocity head kicks, punches, and falls. Any event which literally "rattles" your brain is a potential cause for cephalgia, including possible triggering of vascular reactivity and migraines.

Yes: As a ring doc who screens fighters on a regular basis, i can tell you that having a history of migraines does not disqualify you from mma, however you should never train while you are having a migraine. Also if your migraines are becoming more frequent or worsening since training in mma you should see your doc. There is always the danger of traumatic brain injuries if you get hit in the head.
