Whiplash: Whiplash is a non-medical term describing a range of injuries to the neck caused by or related to a sudden distortion of the neck such as following a car accident. Where you in an accident? If not you may have muscle spasm which would likely respond to heat and rest. Whiplash will respond to the same things.
