Told?: In this era of social media, "told" means so may things. Please get it evaluated to make sure you have a treatable bacterial infection and (if so) your doc will give you a prescription for a fresh antibiotic appropriate to your situation. Not all pain is infection related so my advice is to actually address the problem with your wisdom teeth as even a round of abx really only abates symptoms.

Antibiotics : Antibiotics are only effective to treat infection  if the source is eliminated, e.g. Necrotic pulpal tissue removed. The medication is potent only in areas it can access but  impossible to reach the tooth chamber where blood can't even flow due to dead tissue.
      It will alleviate the symptoms but a cycle of reinfection will occur if the cause won't be managed. Please see your dentist asap.

No: Infections on the face are common (for instance pimples and styes) with no effect on the interior of the eyes which are well protected from such things.  Hopefully your dentist can help with your tooth infection but you needn't rush to the ophthalmologist.

Any infection in the body is not a good thing,  the body is connected so the possibility of an oral infection affecting the rest of the body is possible, including the heart.
