Be checked by doc: yes sniffing these items can be harmful if you are pregnant and even if you are not pregnant.  Please go to see a physician to be  tested for general chemistry and for levels of necessary substances, also see a psychiatrist or psychologist regarding your need to sniff.

PICA: Eating paper corrector or other non-nutritional things is call pica disorder and is a psychological eating disorder.  You should see about seeing a psychologist for treatment of this eating disorder.

Overeating toxic: Whiteout as inhalantinhalant with abuse can cause slurred speech, confusion, muscle tremors, visual disturbances, hallucinations, severe headaches, and convulsions. Chronic use can cause chronic fatigue, weight loss, permanent nervous system damage, liver and kidney damage, toxicity to blood and bone marrow. ating white out and consumed regularly irritates stomach and throat, ulcers, brain damage.

Hmmm: White out vision sounds like fainting?

You should ask a doctor. 

Cold hands and feet - look up raynauds syndrome.

Sometimes also from peripheral vascular disease.

i had some bic white out liquid on my finger. washed my finger quickly with soap&water but the white out was still on my finger&felt sticky. accidentally touched this sticky white out with my lips. can this white out harm my body when it gets inside?

No: Small amounts of white out liquid are harmless. Likewise with very small amounts of almost any commonly used school supply or office supply product in the US, probably also in all developed countries. One exception is Super Glue (cyanoacrylates), which can quickly glue skin together and can also cause severe eye damage if it gets into an eye.

i hv had a lump on my neck where it meets my right shoulder for over a two years. grew slowly now size of a malteser. no pain, not a lipoma & not on the surface. yesterday i was able to squeeze some white out. now a tad inflamed but full. what is it?

Loss of vision: Optic neuritis affects the optic nerve and can result in loss of visual acuity but even complete loss of vision in some cases, and darkness or whiting out varies from pt to pt.  Best approach, intravenous steroids.  Get mri, to evaluate causation, such as multiple sclerosis.  See both eye doc and neurologist.

i have contacts. started plaquinil 2 months ago i also have stigmatism every time i close my left eye and stare everything starts to white out and blur im so scared! what's wrong? am i going blind

See your doctor: Based on the description you are giving, if you are closing your left eye and your right is blurry that may be your weaker eye and not have anything to do with plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine).  See your opthalmologist for an eye exam.

even after doing panicky 3x a day, and adapalen gel once a night, i still have new small zits appearing outta nowhere. i pop them, and drain the white out. should i continue with this regimen? i dont wanna take oral  antibiotic if i dont have to?

complete white out in one eye, i get confused tired when it happens, ruled out migraine, what else can cause one eye vision loss.

One eye vision loss: THere is a condition called amuarosis fugax when the vessel that supplies the eye will get blocked with a plaque broken off from a blood vessel: cholesterol deposit. (or a clot)  The vision will come back when the plaque is dislodged but this condition is a pre stroke condition and should be closely monitored  and the cholesterol should be lowered.  see you family doctor for further work up.
