Even after doing panicky 3x a day, and adapalen gel once a night, i still have new small zits appearing outta nowhere. i pop them, and drain the white out. should i continue with this regimen? i dont wanna take oral antibiotic if i dont have to?

The Derm can give you a stronger Retinoid than Adapalene, a topical antibiotic, a very new cream for severe acne and even offer laser for it.
