Even after doing panicky 3x a day, and adapalen gel once a night, i still have new small zits appearing outta nowhere. i pop them, and drain the white out. should i continue with this regimen? i dont wanna take oral antibiotic if i dont have to?

This is the time to go to a Dermatologist. You need a medicated cleanser( try salicylic acid 2% wash in the meantime) once a day. The Derm can give you a stronger Retinoid than Adapalene, a topical antibiotic, a very new cream for severe acne and even offer laser for it. Don’t pop your zits because you may scar.Wear a sunblock to avoid dark marks.You may or may not need orals
